Schaefferstown Mennonite High School was born of a vision to offer a Christ centered high school with high academic standards and sound biblical instruction in a godly atmosphere.

Embedded deeply in this vision is the wish to meet these three goals while bringing the community of local conservative Anabaptist believers together through a commitment to education.

This includes:

Integrating curriculum with biblical principles and perspectives.
Providing a diverse education including, all areas of academics, life skills, arts, music, and extra-curricular opportunities.
Tailoring education for individual learning styles where ones abilities are accommodated while being challenged to meet their potential.
Equipping students for life beyond high school with academic preparation for post-secondary education and with practical life skills and work ethic.
Maintaining a God centered environment in both education and social development. Students will have the ability to interact and create relationships with peers of like faith.
