The Schaefferstown Mennonite High School gymnasium is now available for rentals.
Download Rental Form and return to the SMHS office with your deposit to reserve your rental. Until a completed form and the deposit is received your reservation is not completed.
Available for rental:
- Basketball Court.
- 2 Volleyball Courts with adjustable men/ladies height nets and powered court divider.
- Kitchen Area – Warmup kitchen use.
- All Rentals are provided with access to: Volleyball nets and two (2) volleyballs, 2 Basketballs, 2 Playground balls, 2 6′ tables and 25 chairs.
Not included in Gym Rental:
- Balls and equipment except for that mentioned already.
- Tables and chairs: Tables and chairs are available for family events or youth groups Currently there are 15 tables and 200 folding chairs available to use. Additional fees apply.
School functions always have priority over rental schedule. School reserves the right to reschedule a rental but will only do so with adequate notice.
